Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Sell and promote wedding packages and services to prospective clients.
  • - Present and recommend wedding packages, services, and solutions that match clients' needs.
  • - Follow up on leads and maintain good relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Decoration, Catering, and other related teams, to ensure client requirements are well managed.
  • - Manage and maintain accurate client data and sales records.
  • - Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Kualifikasi

- Min education D3, preferably in MICE, event managemet, and hospitaliy.
  • - Previous experience in sales, customer service, wedding/event industry, or a related field is preferred.
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability connect with clients and listen to their needs.
  • - Good administrative and able to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • - Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
