* Support end-to-end recruitment processes

* Conduct interview administration and assessment support

* Create recruitment content for social media and job postings

* Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:
  1. * Bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Min. 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role
* Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.
* Proficient in LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and various job platforms, Ms. Office, Canva, Capcut
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative, proactive, and willing to learn
